Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Free Returns / Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (if opened)
  • Items not in original condition

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos as proof

We will offer:

  • Replacement at no cost, OR
  • Full refund (including shipping)

5. Return Process

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo proof (if applicable)

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For exchanges, contact us via email.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
  • After processing or shipment, cancellations are not allowed

9. Chargebacks & Abuse Policy (VERY IMPORTANT 🔥)

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny refunds if return conditions are not met
  • Dispute chargebacks with proof of delivery and order confirmation
  • Block accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive behavior

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Processing delays may occur depending on your bank
